The Society arranges meetings in Scotland and in London at locations of historical or other interest.

A Gathering of the Clan takes place at the time of the Lochearnhead Highland Games in July, and extends over three or four days. It includes a number of activities, such as golf, fishing, walks to the Clan Cairn, and a Games Dinner followed by a Ceilidh. Members attend a service in the Balquhidder Parish Church.

An Annual Dinner is held about the time of St Andrew's Day. Members from overseas are especially welcome.
